A. When you are finished shopping and move to the 'checkout' section you are transferred to our secure server which encodes your credit card information so it is protected during the exchange between your computer and our secure server.
Q. What will you do with my information?
A. We respect your privacy. We do not sell or share our customer information with any other company. We do not send junk mail to our customers. We do occasionally send out email notices of special sales and items of interest to our customers. If at any time you decide not to receive these emails simply send an email to admin@gogreenscooters.com with 'REMOVE ME' in the subject line and you will be removed promptly from our mailing list.
Q. What kind of guarantee do you have on X-treme scooters?
A. We want you to be completely satisfied with merchandise that you purchase from our site. We have a 30-day parts warranty and a 6 month warranty on the battery. Q. Can I get parts if something goes wrong?
A. We do offer a 30 day parts warranty. The warranty starts the day the scooter is delivered to you. This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. We also offer free technical assistance for the lifetime of the scooter. Replacement parts for X-Treme Electric Scooters are also available for purchase.
Q. Can you ship outside the United States?
A. We cannot ship to Canada or anywhere outside the U.S.
Q. Do you need a license and registration to drive an electric scooter?
A. It is recommended that you check with your local authorities for licensing and registration requirements.
Q. How are items shipped?
A. We ship daily via FedEx Ground & DHL Ground services to the lower 48 states. Shipping costs are included in our prices. AK & HI must be shipped by AIR and those costs are additional and not included under our free shipping. We do not offer COD. Air Rates can be found on the FedEx website by searching for rates from our zip code 50208 to your zip code.
Q. How far can you go on a charge?
A. Each electric vehicle is different. You may look under the more details tab of each vehicle to find more information on a specific item.
Q. How long after I order will my scooter arrive?
A. You will receive a tracking number once the product is shipped. FedEx Ground Transit Time Map Below. California is usually 3 not 4 days. DHL Ground transit times are longer. We ship certain items by DHL only to prevent damage to sensitive items. We choose which items ship FedEx or DHL.
